Purchased my Qashqui from here in 2020 and I will always use them for service while living in Thunder Bay. I have only ever had one mishap with this place and it was due to the car detailing service that they out source it too - not Nissan. The service manager was quick to accommodate me and correct the mistake that was made. Last week my car wouldn't start and I didn't know what to do, I called Service and the lovely Lauren picked up the phone. She walked me through trying to start it and then ended up sending out a tech recently they were quick to come give me a boost within an hour of calling. She called me multiple times to check on me and the car that day as well. She then recently just called again to check up on this service. Lauren who I believe has dealing with me since I bought my car there is always so lovely, knowledgeable and truly cares about her customers. All of the staff at this dealership are great, but Lauren truly is a keeper, goes the extra mile and deserves to be recognized. After purchasing the car in 2020 they have always called every couple months to check in on me and the car - even when I was getting it serviced at a different Nissan dealership as I wasn't living in Thunder Bay. I look forward to continuing to work with this Nissan dealership
